Our founder, Mr. Nilesh Desai served in a leading public sector company for 17 years, earning accolades and forging strong relationships as a Development Officer. With the privatization of the insurance sector in the early 2000s, he decided to take a leap forward with a vision to provide cutting edge services and low premium costs to corporate clients.

Under his continuous guidance over the years, we have earned a great reputation and a strong book of business for our technical knowledge, ethical approach and availability in times of need.

Parth Desai, Director

Mr. Parth Desai is a MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He left his lucrative job as a Chip Design Engineer at a NASDAQ listed company in Silicon Valley and came back to India to take over the reins of Shubh Labh.

Dhruv Desai, Director

Mr. Dhruv Desai is a MS in Insurance & Risk Management from Cass Business School, London. He is also an Associate of CII (Chartered Insurance Institute). On graduating from the globally reputed school, he worked with a leading Llyod’s broker In Leeds, United Kingdom, before returning to India to apply the knowledge to the benefit of Shubh Labh’s clients here.

Gaurang Bhatt, Business Head

Mr. Bhatt is a Commerce graduate, with over 23 years of hardcore experience in the insurance industry, 19 of them with Shubh Labh. A firm believer in continuous learning, he is up to date with the current policies and needs of clients, and hence is a great technical resource at our firm.

Bijal Trivedi Desai

Mrs. Bijal Desai is a MS in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida, USA. She worked at Ernst & Young in Tampa, Florida as a Risk Advisor for almost 2 years. She returned to India in 2018 and joined Shubh Labh as our Strategy and Operations Head.

Naiya Ashra, Manager, Operations & Accounts

Mrs. Naiya Ashra is a Commerce graduate who joined the team upon graduation and has worked with us ever since. She is responsible for streamlining processes at Shubh Labh and inter-departmental co-ordination.
